How to request permanent deletion of your ConvertUni account and personal data.

Requests via email Identity verification required Permanent and irreversible

1. Users registered with email & password

If you created your ConvertUni account using email/password, request permanent deletion by contacting:

Please include the exact email address used during registration so we can verify ownership.

2. Users logged in with Google

If you signed in using Google Login, you can request deletion of data associated with your Google-linked account:

Email: support@convertuni.co

Please specify:

  • That you logged in via Google
  • Your Google email address

3. Users logged in with Facebook

If you used Facebook Login, you can request full data deletion by contacting:

Your message should include:

  • That you logged in with Facebook
  • Your Facebook-associated email address

4. What happens after a deletion request?

After verifying account ownership, we permanently delete or anonymize (where required) account-linked data, including:

  • Your account profile
  • Email/password credentials
  • Google or Facebook authentication tokens
  • Conversion history or account-linked usage data
  • Stored metadata directly related to your profile

Your account will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
